[mkgmap-dev] Wrong polygons position

Hello, I'm trying to convert .mp files to .img garmin files and I have strange problem, polygons are moved!
On my map i have the same parameters for polylines and polygons (polylines should be a border of polygons but they don't).

This is my input .mp file displayed:

And this is compiled file:
http://garmin.tu.org.pl/PrzemeksAirMap/c.png

Btw. how to force mkgmap to don't split polygons to smaller?
