[mkgmap-dev] Flooding of sea - this time inside the middle of the Alps, not related to geofabrik cutting

See screenshot. Happens on both Germany and Alps extract from Geofabrik. 
I do think that the sea-code is a bit to optimistic whether somewhere is 
sea or not. Or there is a bug.
This happens using: 
--generate-sea=polygons,extend-sea-sectors,close-gaps=1000

I'll try to see if flooding also happens without "polygons" switch.
