I thought roundabout direction was already "sensed" this way?  My GPS  
has routed me the "right" way and the "wrong" way around roundabouts,  
and the "wrong" way ones are always those where the underlying OSM  
data has the way going in the wrong direction (which I have then  
subsequently corrected where I remember).

And maybe I'm quibbling on semantics, but shouldn't the --rhd apply to  
the road system/map, rather than the vehicles on it?  After all,  
left-hand drive vehicles can drive in the UK, for instance?
