[mkgmap-dev] multipolygon support?

Couldn't find a solution for this problem. You can always close the 2  
ends in 2 ways. shortest connection or around the tile boundary which  
will result in an inverted polygon.
JOSM seems to connect all ways first and draw the fill from start to  
end node. will be correct in most cases but not 100%
