[mkgmap-dev] Splitter Error

Heh, you're doing a great job testing various corner-cases in the splitter 
- keep up the good work :)  I have to wonder quite how that osm file you 
have was generated though. Are there really nodes in the osm database that 
are missing lat and/or lon values? Seems a bit worrying if so.
