[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH] Fixed secondary_link/tertiary_link Garmin types

Hi,

0x08 is low-speed ramp, 0x09 is high-speed ramp.
But for secondary_link and tertiary_link was used 0x09 - same as motorways
:).
So i changed it to 0x08, patch attached, thanks.
