This version of the patch (to be applied against rev. 1080) has a HGTDEM
which reads SRTM .hgt files and an optional GeoTiffDEM which contains
inner classes to read CGIAR and ASTER.

To compile GeoTiffDEM.java you'll need Java Advanced Imaging (JAI)
installed, so it is disabled in the build.xml.
