[mkgmap-dev] splitter and java 1.5?

OK I have added a note that java 1.6 is required to that page.

I believe that this is a problem mostly for 32 bit Mac versions.
If you or someone else that uses a Mac can let me know where to
get 1.6 for the different versions of the Mac then I will gladly
add the instructions.
