[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH] contours v3

This version allows to store the contours in separate IMG files using 
the --dem-separate-img option.
The name (8-digit number) of the IMG file will be the original mapname + 
10000000.

I also replaced orthodromicDistance by quickDistance (I only use the 
distance calculation to find out if I should refine a contour line 
segment by splitting it).
