[mkgmap-dev] Entry in style file leads to infinite loop

It is a known bug that attempting to change one of the tags
that is matched will cause a hang, so it is the 'delete access' part
that is causing the problem.

The hang is fixable, but its probably not easily possible for it to
do want you are wanting it to do.
