[mkgmap-dev] Newbie question about style

Hi, i'm so newbie about mkgmap, i used it only for convert .osm to
.img , butt now i would change the style of the .img, i read the
documentation but i have 2 questions:
- The resolution in .csv file and the point/lines/polygon file bust be equal?
- Where can i see the symbols of the garmin code? how can i know what
is this 0x2d02 (i think this is a pub)?
