[mkgmap-dev] Thoughts on OSM routing

One oddity that comes to mind - I got told to turn right ("Right on
Victoria Avenue") where two roads meet end-to-end.  Two cycle routes
also meet here, but I'd told the Garmin to use car routing, so from
that point of view, it shouldn't be a turn.

If it matters, I was heading north at node_20094647: 52.212823,0.12573928.
