Oh I got it. Because I used that command subsequently - on the next
layer it deleted the output file. Do you know how to specify that the
file is appended or how to specify the output file of the dump?<br>

I don't use windows so I can't comment on that aspect but, otherwise, I
think it looks OK.
The data gets output when the program terminates. Try running on a
smaller osm file and see if you get some output.
