Hi Andrzej,

I agree that the mkgmap prefix was not the best choice here.
There are a few more tags created in the default style which are not expected in the OSM database and which are not evaluated in the java code:
cityxxx
dest_hint
exit_hint
maybe more ? 

I thought about a prefix like tmp: for them but I also like style: .

Hi,

the name "mkgmap:fast_road" could be a bit misleading, but it follows
kind of convention, that I have used in my styles for a long time. Now
reading this thread, I think it could be better to use something like
"style:fast_road" for local variables created in a style.
