[mkgmap-dev] Commit r3971: - roadNameConfig_v1.patch by Carlos Davida which adds more countries and languages

Hi,

I propose to add for France "Cours" and "Impasse".
You can find sometime "Cour" in a street name but I think this is a
spelling mistake.
