[mkgmap-dev] Doubt when using "road-name-config"

Hi Gerd,

"the prefixes are only removed when you zoom out and the full name would be
too long to be displayed."

That's it! It's working and I just noticed when I zoomed out. And it makes
perfect sense that it works this way.

Regarding the LocatorConfig.xml file, the current default configuration
meets my need since I use "BRA". However, I suggest including the variation
in Portuguese: <variant> Brasil </ variant>
