[mkgmap-dev] Is it possible to keep the POI IDs constant?

From osm at pinns osm at pinns on Fri Apr 28 19:42:49 BST 2017

Hi

This may have no bearing on the subject but I have found on my oregons
and gps64 that the 'recent finds' list are tied to the map id

Such info is stored internally on the device.
