[mkgmap-dev] [Patch v1] nwe special tag mkgmap:residential

Gerd, that is a good point

It was just a thought that since points are parsed first one could 
perhaps  set a  flag  when place=village is true

then

mkgmap:residiential=* & village=true . --> show buildings


So I was not thinking of mkgmap specifically
