[mkgmap-dev] Problem with r3706

Hi Steve

I think the problem is in the routines that create or write the TRE file,
esp. the Subdivsion info.
At offset 12080 the write routine doesn't write 2 bytes but the read routine
expects it.
Attached is a small patch that helps to find the place. I did not yet find
out how this can be fixed.
Any ideas?
