[mkgmap-dev] o5m plugin for JOSM

Hi all,

some years ago I wrote a JOSM plugin to allow the import of o5m files.

I've now managed to add this to the JOSM plugin list.

If you use the --output=o5m option in splitter this might help.

It works similar to the pbf plugin.
