[mkgmap-dev] Copyright message not showing up starting 3433

Hi Ervin,

I don't see any change in the source that would explain this.
Do you say that 3430 works well and 3433 or higher doesn't?
BTW: svn version 3433 did not involve a change in the trunk version.
