[mkgmap-dev] POI icons for high and standard resolution devices

The NT TYP files you are referring to  store such icons with up to 8 smaller 
'sub icons' in a separate block compacted quite differently from the run of
the mill types. Unfortunately, such types can only be accessed within a NT
framework - even the latest version of MPC is unable to accommodate .
