[mkgmap-dev] splitter removes multipolygon-tags

Hi Felix,

please try r343. 
I fear r342 may have created hidden files like .areas.kml

With r343 you can use --write-kml=areas.kml as well as 
--write-kml=<path>areas.kml

and the result is <path><name>-areas.kml or <path>areas.kml for 
the complete file.
