[mkgmap-dev] delete name not working

Hi Franco,

your points file contains 
include 'inc/name';
which contains the name function.
This is before the delete, so mkgmap:label:1 is already filled.

I did not try, but I think you just have to move the include 'inc/name';
line
after the changes of the name tag.
