[mkgmap-dev] Version r3118 error compared to r2718 0x6508

Modern Garmin TOPOs do not seem to include subtypes if value is <&100.
You have 65 with subtype 08
I am surprised 6508 got rendered before.

I have seen examples of 4b01, 5002 etc in old topo typ files but I've never
been able to
use them with any version of mkgmap
