[mkgmap-dev] removed remove-short-arcs option in r3077

Hi Gerd,
Instead of stopping mkgmap with Invalid option: 'remove-short-arcs'
can't mkgmap better skip those deprecated options (or print a warning message) instead of just stop the programm continuing?
Same for ignore-maxspeeds option.
