[mkgmap-dev] Address search: city sometimes missing

Hi Thorsten,

reg. the bounds:
you said that you echo the tags for both housenumbers. If you see 
the same mkgmap:xyz values for both the precompiled boundaries 
are not the problem. On the other hand, you might download
the files generated by WanMil to do a cross-check.
