[mkgmap-dev] commit 2691 -- really needed?

Having a look at taginfo I guess that non case sensitive checking is not 
required:

http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/access#values
http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/area#values

Is taginfo case sensitive?
