Thanks for testing.

Most probably this is hardware problem on my PC. It is a bit 
overclocked, but worked reliably for years. Now I have to tweak BIOS 
settings again, evidently 64bit java gives some stress to CPU.

Sorry for bothering you with unrelated problems.
