[mkgmap-dev] Adaptions in style (needed to make good use of) for overview2 branch

that's a bug (or should we call it feature?) in Mapsource/Basecamp. I 
think only 0x0100 to 0x0900 render in the overview map. Not sure about 
extended POIs.
