Hi Gerd,
you are covering with 1502 the hole planet, do you? I'm covering just a 
few parts. My areas.list was created on 22.12.2012 with a max-value of 
1000000.

So I started splitter now splitting the hole planet with a max-nodes of 
1600000 and max-areas of 2048.
