[mkgmap-dev] Overview map for Africa

I copied / pasted line type 0x1001e (purple border, https://dl.dropbox.com/u/64716698/OSM/mkgmap/overview2.jpg) with gpsmapedit into the overviewmap and it worked, so I don't think it is not supported.
