[mkgmap-dev] unknown road and cycleway routing

In order to make it routable you have to add road_class and road_speed in your line style,
In the default style highway=road should be routable:
highway=road [0x06 road_class=0 road_speed=1 resolution 22]
{set access=yes } or {set bicycle=yes} is not enough.
