You can have more than one Family-ID in one gmapsupp.img. I use this
feature for contour line layers in my topo map:

In my eTrex Legend HCx I can switch these layers on and off
individually. Some of the newer devices can't do this AFAIK. Would be
nice to know how the 30 behaves in this respect.
