[mkgmap-dev] Duplicated rules in default style

It seems there has been some copy/paste goblin resulting in the rules 
below duplicated in points and polygons default styles. Attached patch 
fixes them.
mkgmap:postal_code!=* & mkgmap:postcode=* { set 
mkgmap:postal_code='${mkgmap:postcode}' }
mkgmap:postal_code!=* & addr:postcode=* { set 
mkgmap:postal_code='${addr:postcode}' }
