[mkgmap-dev] Level and Resolution

Thanks for the information, Greg.

I have worked round these problems by finding (by trial and error) 
under-used codes that appear at an earlier zoom level.

As an interesting side-outcome (this may be known to others anyway) I 
have found that the FID in the TYP file is apparently ignored by 
MapSource, but is required by a Garmin 60CSx.
