Failing input osm.pbf 181 MB split into 12 tiles. Resulting gmapsupp.img 
~150 MB
Working input osm.pbf 17 MB split into 2 tiles.

I don't use gmapsupp.img files in MapSource but individual tiles imgs + 
overview, tdb, etc.
