[mkgmap-dev] Running mkgmap in Eclipse

Hi WanMil,

Yes, that change works for me. Bizarrely, I tried the non-compiling code in
an Interstage IDE (a fairly old Fujitsu Eclipse-based product) and it was
fine. Random.
