[mkgmap-dev] Address search issues

OFFTOPIC: I suggest to download the pbf-files. They are smaller and  
the splitter works faster with them.
Anyways, strange thing, because I made a also a German Map for a  
friend and it also works on an Etrex Vista HCx and my Oregon
