I've found flood problem was a typ problem, so nothing to do with index 
branch. Regarding routing, I've been able to get a working map by just 
changing FID from 18 to other number and moving it to a different 
folder. I don't have any other map installed with FID 18, so I don't 
know what can be the reason for the routing problem. Any idea?
