Yes you can, in the line styles you can give highway=* with junction=roundabout a routable linetype 0x0c plus another layer on top which represent the highway=*.

For instance highway=primary & junction=roundabout [0x0c03]
and in the layers style 0x0c03: 0x0c, 0x03

In the typ file you can make 0x0c invisible with a transparant bitmap so you can see
the primary road (type 0x03) instead of the 0x0c roundabout.

On you nuvi you will hear that you will get on the roundabout and have to take the first exit right (or left in the uk?).
