[mkgmap-dev] routable tiles with visible seas

I'm sure I've not made myself clear as I've done what you suggested using 0 
x 27 for natural=land .
My problem was how to prevent Mapsource from plotting its annoying basemap.

My solution was to use  4b at drawpriority= 0 using MapTK but perhaps there 
is another one?
