[mkgmap-dev] motor_vehicle

Hi Johann, Martin, Mark, all,

First, sorry for the duplicate post. I had to switch outgoing mail  
servers, and did not realize that my first attempt at sending the  
message was queued.

Which two bits would they be? As far as I can tell from the source  
code, motorcar and motorcycle are treated the same.

What would you think of the attached patch? I will test it later and  
post about the outcome.
