[mkgmap-dev] [mp: PATCH] Multipolygon handling - decomposed polygons

Lake Neusidel in Austria is divided by the country border to Hungary. 
Therefore I suppose it is not completely contained in the OSM file. At 
the moment the algorithm is very strict with discarding non closed ways.
This has to be addressed in one of the next versions.
