Please don't hesitate to use the website for your map requirements, it 
is there for just that.

In the beginning there were a lot of people who requested almost all of 
the world which filled-up the harddisk very quickly and took a lot of 
processing each time. The current restrictions are as a result of that 
and there have been very little problems since.
