[mkgmap-dev] Should inter tile routing still work when splittingSplitter results again?

I get by on Germany with --max-nodes=1,300,000, max .img size is from 
9-26MB. It really depends on the style  (35 tiles)

Countries like the Netherlands or Denmark need much much lower numbers - 
450,000 however (don't ask me why). For some other countries I need 
around 1,000,000.

I also don't think that a predefined list will get us along very far. 
Data and styles differ too much. While one style might crap out here, 
another style craps out there because of different preferences.
