[mkgmap-dev] Styles and Typs

At the momment mkgmap comes with two buit in styles (default and 
noname). I'm ignoring test which seems to be empty.

Are we looking to expand the number of styles included in mkgmap itself 
(for example I have something that divides roads by the maxspeed tag). 
If not should we setup a wiki page with links to other user defined 
styles for people to download?

Secondly would it be possible to add TYP files into the style and then 
get mkgmap to write the TYP file to the output folder and include it in 
a GMAPSUPP file (I guess mkgmap would need to correct the Family ID as 
part of this process). Some styles are dependent on having a paticular 
TYP file to work properly (eg. maxspeed style) so if the style was 
distributed (by whatever method) then the TYP file needs to be 
distributed to.
