[mkgmap-dev] playing with custom styles

Hi,

I've been playing around with custom styling via typ file.  Here's my
progress so far:

Most icons were from osm.  So far I need more icons so if anyone wants
to add them just drop me a message.  Of course the generated typ file
is for anyone who wants to use them.
