[mkgmap-dev] cannot route to some POIs

The bookstore and jollibee is closer to the dashed line (is that a 
footway?) than the road. If you connect the footway to the road it 
should work. I've had problems like this when a POI is surrounded by 
jogging track that is not connected to any road.
