Just got back - very tired so I can't work on this tonight.

Thanks for the info.

One question: in the case where maps are missed out, did you get all of
the messages that look like "Submitting job FILENAME"? These are
generated at the very start of the run. I would expect that you did,
just checking.

I shall be looking into this over the weekend.
